I am starting this blog to describe my observations, experiences and learning while working on building up the Social Impact Program at ThoughtWorks. I started working on this initiative, roughly two months ago, formally, along-with a colleague of mine - Jeff Wishnie.
I hope that through this blog I would be able to reach out to people who would have insights into this subject and who would be willing to provide ideas / suggestions / criticism which would help me succeed.
